Welcome to All Your Senses! These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) form a legally binding End User License Agreement (EULA) between you (“Customer”) and All Your Senses.ai, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) governing your access to and use of the All Your Senses mobile application (the “App”) and related services (the “Service”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. License Grant & Restrictions

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

• Customers may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.

  • Use the App to generate or share unlawful, obscene, or harmful content.

  • Circumvent access restrictions (e.g., free trial or subscription limits).

2. Account Registration

• Certain features require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and maintain the confidentiality of your login details.

• You are responsible for all activities under your account.

• Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or shared.

• Customers may browse certain features without registration; registration is required for account-based functions (e.g., story creation, selection of parameters, saving content, subscribing).

3. Subscriptions & Payments

The App offers auto-renewable subscription plans through the App Store and Google Play. Each plan provides credits that can be redeemed for different story lengths:

• 1 credit = Short Story

• 2 credits = Medium Story

• 3 credits = Long Story

The available plans are:

• Regular: Monthly plan provides 8 credits. Annual subscription is available at approximately 30% discount over the monthly price. Price varies by region.

• Premium: Monthly plan provides 12 credits. Annual subscription is available at approximately 30% discount over the monthly price. Price varies by region.

• VIP: Monthly plan provides 16 credits. Annual subscription is available at approximately 30% discount over the monthly price. Price varies by region.

General Terms:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your account settings (Apple ID > Subscriptions or Google Play > Payments & Subscriptions). Example: You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

• Free trials may be offered. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan will automatically convert to a paid subscription.

• Credits expire at the end of the subscription period if not used and do not roll over unless otherwise stated.

• No refunds will be issued for unused credits or time, except where required by law.

• Subscription prices may vary by country or region as determined by Apple or Google Play.

4. Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the App or switch devices, you can restore previously purchased subscriptions by tapping “Restore Purchases” in the App’s subscription screen.

Restore Purchases ensures that Customers who previously paid through Apple or Google Play do not have to pay again to regain access.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

• All content, including AI-generated stories, audio, images, software, and trademarks, is the property of All Your Senses.ai or its licensors.

• Customers are granted a license to access this content for personal enjoyment only.

• Commercial use, redistribution, or public performance without permission is prohibited.

6. Customer Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal or abusive purposes.

• Harass, exploit, or harm others.

• Attempt to manipulate subscription limits or exploit free trials.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

7. Data & Privacy

8. Disclaimers

• The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

• We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or suitability for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the subscription in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by uninstalling the App and canceling your subscription in your Apple ID settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States (Delaware), without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
